Low Back Pain Relief Exercises

Dr. Ben explains some easy to try exercises and stretches for people who are having lower back pain. He goes over some basic lower back stretches and shows you progressions into the bird dog, deadbug, side plank, front plank, curl-up and glute bridge exercises.

Dr. Kyle Bangs is a native to the Pacific Northwest — growing up hiking, fishing and staying active with various sports and recreation in SW Washington. He’s graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, OR and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Washington State University.
