Class 4 Laser Therapy

I highly recommend Dr. Kyle Bangs and his team at Function Performance. I was referred to them by my trainer after experiencing a muscle spasm which caused sciatic nerve pain down my left leg. Dr. Kyle Bangs and his team did an amazing job helping me recover over a 5-week period. They focused on my mobility and flexibility, and helped me learn many different stretches and exercises that truly helped me. Their facilities are great and treatment was tailored to my needs. It was not all about just getting adjusted which is a big differentiator for them.

When I first met Dr. Ben and the team at Performance Function I was in such bad shape. I was 10 months post back surgery only to have an MRI with nearly identical results as pre-surgery. Other doctors advised my only real option was another surgery. But after a year of not being able to sit, stand, or walk - I was desperate to find a solution. After 5 weeks, not only can I sit, stand, and walk but I’m starting to incorporate strength training - completely unthinkable a few weeks ago. I cannot recommend them enough - literally changed my life!

I have only seen one chiropractor at this office so I can only speak to that experience. Dr.Ben is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all effective. I have used him twice now for different issues. He never pushes for therapy’s you don’t need and there is never pressure to come back. He will give you exercises and stretches to do at home but doesn’t judge if you aren’t keeping up on your end. Although, all his advice works when implemented. The Ladies at the reception Desk are so polite and friendly. They take all the hard work out of getting the best from your appointments and insurance providers. They exemplify what all health providers should strive to be. I wish I could give more stars.

I have been seeing doctor Kyle for the last two years. At first only when I threw my back out, once a year or so. But now I go in on a monthly routine and it has helped my back tremendously. They are not like your typical chiropractor that spends 5 minutes cracking your back and sends you on your way, they take the time stretching, massaging, and focusing on the area that's giving you problems. They also provide you with stretches and exercises for long term fixes. I am very happy and highly recommend these guys!

Ben, Kyle and their staff at Function Performance are phenomenal. My entire family goes to them. I have children that are athletes, and they do amazing physical therapy, strength training exercises and adjustments. I was in an automobile accident, and have been seeing them ever since.They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and I'm so grateful that myself, and my kids have professionals like them to keep us healthy and to heal.

Hands down the best chiropractic, sports medicine and best staff I have had the pleasure of working with to rehab my shoulder! Not only is Dr. Kyle knowledgeable but personable and I trust him and his staff to treat and take care of me and what my body needs and requires to get better! I have recommended this place to everyone I j one and will continue to do so! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Dr Ben and Dr Kyle and their support staff really know there stuff! They have always been able to help me with reoccurring back issues that come up from time to time and also all of my sports related injuries. The atmosphere in the building and staff are awesome there as well. I have been going to them for the past 6 years, I highly recommend Function Performance!

Fantastic place! The staff are great! Great communication and they always greet you with a smile! And, they remember your name which seems to be a rarity these days! Dr. Bangs has magic hands and got me back to where I needed to be after a car accident in no time. In fact, my shoulder range of motion might be better than it was to begin with. If I required chiropractic treatment again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
